Oversize Sneaker (Men)

I received my package yesterday. Opened it and it was empty no shoes just the McQueen box, shoe stuffing the fed ex box. Weird thing was that it was completely sealed and I have the camera footage of fed ex dropping off and no one messing with it outside the house. I reached out to Nordstrom customer service and explained the situation, they mentioned no refund could be provided only RECOMMENDATIONS for next time delivery. Which is insane as these shoes are expensive themself, I didn’t even want the money I wanted the missing shoes I didn’t get for my significant others birthday this month. Either Nordstrom did not pack them in before shipping or FEDEX took them while shipping. Keep in mind they came from New York and I’m based in Washington state which is across the country and had time to either snag them or forget to put them in there. They are not willing to find a resolution for my missing shoes but give me recommendations, that is crazy to me. Atleast look at the inventory of the shoes to see if they came out or not. I need answer and a resolution. Please purchase in store or from the original MCQUEEN website.
