definitely off the shoulder
Okay look no more if you have been looking for an off the shoulder sweatshirt. This sweatshirt is where its at I am so happy that I went ahead and bought it. I can wear with so much as you seen in the photo can be worn with shorts but its looks so cute with leggings and my jean skirt. I did size up as I wanted it to be less cropped.
