Oversize Long Sleeve Cotton Polo

First off, I would not classify this shirt as oversize, at least not in the way that word is traditionally used. If you want it to fit the way it does on the model, purchase your true size. I tried a size down first and didn't like how short that made the shirt, I'm 5'7"(I also didn't like the grip around the bust (34c) in the smaller size). The photos on the model are disappointing because they don't show off some of the best details. The shirt tail hem is really well done and drapes nicely with or without a front tuck. It will be really cute with leggings untucked as well as jeans. Also, the sleeves are long and have the wrist cuff, but they are also made like a dress shirt and you can unbutton them and roll up the sleeves really nicely which totally changes how the top looks to style it. The fabric is 100% cotton, which is what I'm looking for more and more to ensure that it lasts a long time. It has the same feel, texture and weight as traditional polo shirt fabric, so there's not a lot of give or stretch- if you have a larger bust you may even want to size up. The collar is big and has a nice weight to it so it lays nicely and opens flatteringly. I know this shirt will get heavy rotation in my closet this fall.

When I opened the bag, the shirt obviously had been worn -- the shirt overall did not look clean, the neckline was stained, one sleeve was still rolled up, one sleeve pulled down, the body bottom was wrinkled all over as it had been tucked in the user's pants too long. Feeling disgusted, I reported it to Nordstrom Online customer services. I did not bother to order another even my size was still available as the Customer Services suggested. It's really wasting my time. I'll return the item, however, I'm greatly disappointed about Nordstrom's quality check. If it's a customer quick try-on, Nordstrom store should have it steamed and made it look new before sending out to the customer, but this shirt had been worn and returned to the store, Nordstrom should not send a used cloth to her customer. The sale price is good that does not mean customer wants to buy used clothes at Nordstrom. Thank you for taking my feedback into concern.
