What you see is what you won’t get
So, first: I bought this jacket a few days ago online and when it came it had ZERO belt loop snaps on the bottom both back and front. They are not there. I reached out to two different Nordstroms customer support people who didn’t have really much to say but were stumped themselves. So, did Bardot send Nordstroms a different style jacket that looks similar but without these components? Who knows?!? I was told to return and try to reorder but that would be a waste of time because I’d probably get the same jacket. Is it a defect or something else? Either way, Nordstroms only gave me $20 for the hassle. The jacket is fine otherwise. It is soft and a bit heavy and oversized like I wanted so I think it will be fine I just am so mystified by this! Wonder if others that ordered this jacket had the same issue….
