What it does: In addition to being oven safe to 600°F, these heavy-duty commercial-grade stainless steel pans are warp-resistant, broiler safe and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Wide curved handles provide an easily accessible, firm hold when removing from the oven, even when wearing oven mitts.

Compatible heat sources: Oven and broiler safe to 600ºF.
