Two tightness settings
I don't understand why previous reviewers didn't like this -- it is a classic tortoise color (nice), shorter than average (2 1/2 inches long) which I like, and it has two tightness settings. That is something the description did not include. I use the tighter one because my hair isn't all that thick, and the clip stays very well. I imagine the looser setting would be for women with high-volume hair.

Not wowed, picture is better than actual clip, it looks like scratches but maybe the design?
