DO NOT BUY
Absolutely DO NOT buy this jacket. I have a model from a few years ago and it’s FAR superior to this terrible jacket. This version is incredibly cheap.. making things out of recycled bottles doesn’t help.. it’s worse quality than when made from traditional materials. I’m shocked how cheap OR has become overall.. because they used to be a top notch brand. What happened?

Exceeding expectations so well I bought two
I've had this jacket for 2 months this cold Fall and I'm impressed with its super lightweight feel yet extra warmth ability. I bought both, the non-hood and the hooded versions of this jacket and use them accordingly for my insulated mid layer, one with non hooded dressier jackets and the other with soft and hard shell waterproof outer layers. Exceeding expectations so far.

Nice coat packs small and light weight. Have not used coat it in cold temps.

Great Jacket
It is a warm and light versatile jacket. Works great daily or under a shell during cold February ski days.

Warm and Lightweight
OR products are solid. Used in <30 degree winter hikes and camping in southern Appalachia. Very light and compact. The down fill is thinner in some places, but overall is good. Recommend pairing it with a wind and waterproof outer shell for a super comfortable winter fit. Good for winter recreation in warmer climates for those who don’t need a bulky parka, but would be curious to know how it compares to others within a similar price range.
