My New Lifeline
I have taken this hoody for a spin a few times and love it. It's a little on the warm side but very comfortable and a great fit for my long, gangly arms.
But I need to tip my hat to the quality of the material for a second. I took my first tumble down a mountain this week and got pretty wrecked. My shorts didn't fare very well (different brand) and my elbow was torn up underneath - but not a single scuff or hole could be found on my hoody. Once I clean the mud off, it will be good as new. Big fan of OR now and would highly recommend

Act of ice works
Okay so I was very interested in the active ice. It works. I just did a volunteer day at Smith Rock. And I was very comfortable in the heat. Although it was 56 but near the walls it's much warmer. Great overall. Excited to use the summer. New to Sun hoodies

Perfect!
SO happy they finally added the ponytail hole the the ActiveIce hoodies! No more having to ask my sewing friend to make one for me. Incredibly soft, lightweight, and protects my skin from the sun, even after over 10 hours. The only time I got burned is when I didn’t wear It.

Soft but surprisingly tough
I bought this for a climbing trip and am thrilled in how it performed. Even brushing against rough granite for a week, it didn’t snag at all. The color and fit is great. I feel like other sunshirts fit too loose and they’re difficult to fit under a harness but this one didn’t have that problem. Loved the ponytail hole but didn’t end up using it.
