Permantly cloudy and dirty looking.
These were immediately and permanently cloudy. The film is impossible to remove even with baking soda, citric acid or any descaling product. NOT dishwasher safe. They looked dirty and ugly right away. Complete waste of money.

Cracked :-(
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I reached for one of these glasses, I noticed a crack that I did not notice when I washed them by hand after receiving them. I put them away and when I was finally going to use one, I noticed the crack. Hadn't even used any of the glasses at that point. I'm certain that I didn't crack it. I was pretty disappointed considering the price. They're very hearty, but somehow there's a crack.
