Game Changer
I have thick, coarse curly hair and because of that most shampoos and styling products cause major build up on my scalp that resulted in dandruff and sores. I purchased this after trying several other scalp clarifying treatments. I waited 2 months to write my review, to see what long term effects it has. I now only use this the cleanse my scalp and then conditioner. I have not used a traditional shampoo in nearly 6 weeks. My hair is lighter, softer and healthier than its ever been and my scalp has had a total transformation. I can easily go 4-5 days between washing WITHOUT needing to use dry shampoo because it’s not over-producing oils. I would 1000% recommend this product.

Too heavily perfumed
Terrible. My first time trying this brand. Heavily perfumed. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to send it back. It’s already been used! Why would they want it back? Seems like they would just send a refund

Horrible Packaging, Wonderful Product
This is such unique scrub. Before Ouai, I've never even heard of a scrub for the scalp. I gave it a try since I've been struggling to find a shampoo that wouldn't weight my hair down. Since becoming a mom, I've experienced hair loss. I mean wades of hair would just come off on my hair brush after a bath. So I was willing to pay $$$ for anything to revive my unmanageable, oily, and dull hair. I was surprised by this scrub. It's weird to apply, but it rinses clean and my scalp and hair look and feel amazing. I used to experience very dry and itchy scalp. But after one use, my scalps feeds completely calmed and revitalized. I even have new baby hairs growing straight up on top of my head. I don't even use shampoo anymore because this formula keeps my hair feeling clean. I invested in the Ouai Leave-In Conditioner as well and that's been a miracle for getting tangles out. But unfortunately, a big 3-stars off for the HORRIBLE PACKAGING. Who decided it was a good idea to put this in a tub container? First off, this scrub stings your eyes like a mofo. Do not get it in your eyes. And this product foams up quick when water hits it. So, when I'm in the shower, and I'm trying to apply this to my scalp, and my eyes are shut (because of the stinging) - I have to use my wet hand to scoop up some product. And it always drips from the short distance from the tub container to my hair. On top of that, I've now expose the product to excess water which starts to dilute the scrub. I wish this scrub came in a tube with a narrow head so I can apply this directly on my scalp. Please take note Ouai!

Let’s be real, $38 for some scrub is definitely overpriced but I decided to treat myself and it was the best decision I ever made. This scrub smells so good and works very well! I always find myself re-buying this over and over. 10/10 would recommend! It’s worth every penny

I love the scent!!
This body scrub has the perfect amount of granules and oils to make you super soft after you have dried off post-shower. Will be purchasing again!!

Your Skin Will Thank You
I think I’m on my 3rd or 4th bottle of this and it’s amazing. I recommend this to literally anyone. Not only is it amazing for your body but once a week I put this in my hair and it’s changed my life. If you’ve never tried it, you’re missing out.
