Peasant dress.
I was obsessed with this dress as soon as I saw it on the website and couldn't wait to receive it.
Based on the size chart, I ordered XL and this dress is huge! It's definitely a peasant, blousy dress with a lot of room on top and in the sleeves.
Upon trying it on, I couldn't stop laughing. Perhaps if I had on a smaller size I wouldn't feel this way, but I looked like I was wearing a peasant top/tunic at the Ren Faire, yelling "hear ye, hear ye!"
Regardless, I loved the fabric and the idea of the style though it didn't work for me. Instead of a waist tie, it would have been better with an actual waistline.
This dress would be perfect for someone with a straight figure.
