Really wanted to love it - major design flaw
I really wanted to love this backpack, but it has a major design flaw. The backpack straps are attached to another piece of fabric that stretches across the top of the bag, not directly to the bag itself. As a result, the extra fabric/straps dig into your neck and shoulders when empty and fully loaded. If you loosen the bag, the extra fabric will lay flat, but the back of the backpack itself doesn't lie against your back. Super disappointed. I'm a relatively lean person (5'10, 140lbs), so maybe someone with a bigger upper body wouldn't have this issue, but I don't understand why they didn't attach the straps directly to the bag like their other packs. Sending back.

I just like it, it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just like it, it is ergonomic. I like the design. I am curious to know how long the zippers will last, but so far they are solid. The pockets of the pack are deep and spacious. The side pocket for the bottle is different.

Love the product well-made made
