Renaissance Brightlight Serum

The final step in my 'Renaissance' routine. Just like the mask, this one is full of active botanicals, enzymes etc, but even more so, this is one impressive ingredients list! I apply about 2 to 3 drops onto my face/neck on a night time, 4 if my skin happens to be on the drier side. It is slightly drying on my skin and it sinks in very quickly so I make sure to spread it before it can do that. Immediately I notice that rosy glow that comes with applying a high strength Vitamin C product, but minus the irritation. Not sure what percentage is in here but thankfully it's in the 'Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate' form, and not 'Ascorbic Acid' which is usually too acidic for my skin to tolerate. Results: once the rosy glow subsides I find my complexion looks brighter and any minor acne marks seem to fade faster too. I'd say it's one of the better brightening treatments I've used, similar to Sunday Riley or DE, but with better and cleaner ingredients (although not entirely as this one, like the mask does contain alcohol). Slightly pricey but worth it, and comes in a stunning dropper bottle that takes pride of place on my vanity shelf. Just like the mask, this one also has a 'smoothing' effect due to the enzymes in it and over time does feel like it's making my skin naturally softer and not due to silicones like the majority of skin smoothing products contain. Love this. I started using it less than a month ago and love the results. My sling looks brighter in the morning.
