Beaded Flower Clip-On Earrings

I purchased a pair of Oscar earrings on clearance. They came with NO BOX, no designer packaging. They literally came in a cheap Nordstrom box attached to Styrofoam. I went into my Scottsdale Nordstrom and the jewelry department SA was just AWFUL to me. She literally said "my manager will not help you" and "I honestly don't know what you expect me to do." I called Nordstrom and the store they were sent from did not carry Oscar packaging and said the earrings were a return and I was transferred to the Seattle store that only would give me the packaging if I lived in Seattle and went into the store. I buy designer through Farfetch, Cettire and on clearance and ALWAYS am sent packaging with designer items. I am an Icon shopper and will use my notes and gift card and once I am through NEVER be back to shop at Nordstrom.
