Glasses have wrong dimensions

These glass are beautiful. HOWEVER-Nordstrom has the glass measurements wrong, which means we ordered glass that didn't match our current set. The customer service rep was unable to get in touch with the vendor to see if they could get us the correct glasses, so we ultimately ordered the correct size from other department store after waiting for two weeks for the rep to hear back. I reached out to the vendor directly, and had no trouble getting in touch with them, and they confirmed that Nordstrom is advertising these glasses with the incorrect dimensions. I ended up keeping the incorrect set from Nordstrom, but was disappointed to see that after I sent them them the correct dimensions and info for these glasses, they are STILL advertising the wrong size.
