Originals Rainbow PVC Clear Shoulder Bag

I saw this bag online while searching for clear bags I could bring inside concert venues with strict bag policies. I fell in love with it and decided to purchase it from Nordstrom.com, as opposed to another online store, because I perceived Nordstrom to be a reputable store with a good reputation for customer service. This was my first online purchase from Nordstrom and my first Coach bag purchase. I was so excited but when my bag arrived I was heartbroken. They had clearly packaged up a return to ship to me. The price tag was not attached, the straps were not wrapped, there was no dust bag and most importantly the two coach hangtags were missing. When I called customer service, they told me it was out of stock and could not be exchanged, only returned. I am so disappointed, and have lost all confidence in purchasing anything online from Nordstrom. I would expect that fulfillment would know better that to ship out an incomplete product to a customer. I should not have had to pay full retail for an incomplete item. Now I must go to a store to return it. The bag itself was nice and I would have loved to enjoy it. but without the hangtags, it just doesn't feel right.
