weirdly it works for me
Senior citizen who now has gray frizzy type hair that is colored. I use shampoo 2x a week. I don't use a matching conditioner as the shampoo was well enough. The first day that I use shampoo, hair feels a bit dry but fluffy. I have thin hair too. As the days progress, my hair becomes softer, softer, shiny; volumn remains. I have a good cut. I allow to air dry, I often go to bed with just shampoo hair. Never has my hair been so easy for me to care for. This shampoo does not lather up greatly as this is the nature of the product...I use about a quarter size for mid size length hair. I am going to buy the dry shampoo to try out. After 4 days, hair is down right oily. I can deal with the scent as it causes no allergic reaction to myself.

Just wasted $44!
I like to try something different. Usually when using VOLUME SHAMPOO I see immediate results. Here I used ALL without seeing ANY Volume,... and we're talking about MAGNIFICENT VOLUME shampoo

Great Shampoo for Volume!
This shampoo is incredible. I have baby fine, straight as a ruler, hair. It does not have any hint of a curl at all. For years I paid for perms to be put in my hair, only to have them fall out two weeks later. Finally I ran across a stylist who refused to put a perm in my hair and instead, gave me a cut to work with my hair type and introduced me to Oribe Shampoo for Magnificent Volume. The formula is very concentrated! A dime sized squirt in the palm of your hair will be more than enough to wash your hair. You will love the way your hair looks and feels after you use Oribe!

Disappointed
I have fine straight hair and this product did not give me any volume at all. It does have a lovely scent but that is it. This shampoo is perhaps good for women who have curly or frizzy hair but all that it did for mine was make it more straight and flat. There are other volumizing products that work better and I have tried them all. I have used half of this bottle on my hair alternating with another brand (that worked) and will use the rest as an expensive body wash.

Great shampoo, not much volume
This is a marvelous shampoo — it should be, for its ridiculous price! Which makes my thin hair feel very soft and silky. Not much in the volume area, tho. For that you have to use the conditioner (and leave it in your hair for a while before rinsing).
