Quality is going downhill

I have either purchased or been gifted multiple Nordstrom, organic Hydro, cotton bath towels, and bath sheet sets over the years. I received a new set for Christmas. The washcloth and hand towel are the soft plush quality I expect from Nordstrom. The bath sheet is thin, scratchy, and has loose threads. Very disappointed in Nordstrom.

I believe the pictures of these towels speak to the quality, or should I say lack of quality. Nordstrom is better than this.
