Beautiful but not a rain coat.
The coat is beautiful, but it was sold to me as a raincoat. I was caught in a downpour, and the coat served to soak up the rain and drench my clothing. The total opposite of protection.

Lightweight, classic trench
This is very lightweight which I love, but there is no lining and so the coat does not drape smoothly. I tried it on with a somewhat bulky cotton sweater, and the coat would cling to/bunch up on the sweater. Also, it has a double-breasted vibe, which I did not notice, as the buttons are a few inches left of center.

Oversized but doable.
Beautifully made. Great color (I bought the blue/charcoal one. Only issue is that it is very oversized. I rolled the cuffs to bracelet length and skipped buttoning in favor of wrap and tie. Very stylish and beautiful flow.
