G5 Stroller Sidekick Stroller Board

We are very pleased with the Sidekick! It has been a valuable addition to our stroller, especially since we now have a newborn and a toddler. My 2-year-old enjoys it very much. Additionally, many people have stopped us to compliment the stroller and mention how impressive it looks with the Sidekick.

We get endless compliments when we’re out, but the real benefit is how cozy and smooth their products are. All of my children have loved their car seats and strollers!

I purchased the Sidekick Skateboard after our second child was born, hoping it would save us from needing a double stroller. My daughter really enjoys riding on it, which has been great. The only drawback is that it doesn’t fold neatly in line with the stroller—it sticks out, making the stroller bulkier when collapsed. I had hoped the Sidekick would be a better alternative to the Helix attachment, which has to be removed every time you fold the stroller to fit it in the trunk. Overall, I do like it, but I really wish Orbit would design a true side-by-side double stroller, even if it didn’t include all the rotating features.

We’ve been orbit customers since 2022 when our first son was born and welcomed our second in late 2024. We are not sold on a double stroller because of the almost 3 year age gap so we tried this sidekick out and absolutely love it. So glad we pulled the trigger. Our 3 year old loves it. He can get on and off as he pleases and still feels included on the ride. So many people ask us about it. We love it!
