Details & care

Ruby-red velvet brings regal color and subtle shimmer to a dinner jacket designed with smartly structured shoulders emphasizing its classically tailored silhouette. Black satin on the shawl collar and covered buttons pairs with slim besom pockets to add refined detailing that complements any elegant event or occasion.

An interior patch offers helpful instructions for tying a bow tie to keep you dapper and smart. And wash the jacket in your machine for effortless upkeep between festive occasions.

Fabrication: Velvet is a plush weave used mostly for sport coats and dinner jackets, and it provides softness and a distinctive shimmer that elevates any semiformal or formal look. More festive than traditionally formal, it’s ideal for special occasions and cooler-weather events.

Formality: Elevated-formal and special occasions that invite you to have a distinctive look and a polished elegance.

Runs small. Oddly cut

I’m a true 42 regular. I can pretty much fit any 42R off the rack. This jacket fits across the shoulders snuggly, but I could barely button the jacket. The waist is so small. I wear a 34 inch waist pant, and I don’t have a gut. Also, the sleeves were long, and I wear a 34” sleeve. The arms are also tight. This might fit some HS kids, but no man can wear this. It’s a nice looking jacket, but I returned it.
