A keeper !!
I’m 5’7, 180lbs, 38C, small waist, workout-physique ….. “straight view” this dress is not so great. But sitting at a table in a restaurant it’s classy …. And for photos turned sideways, hand on the hip, shoulders back, rotating upper body towards the camera it was amaaaaaazing .. I hate most photos of me but the 4 photos the waitress took at the front door I kept THREE of them …. I never keep 75% of any batch of photos. Flattering … very comfortable .. the fabric is HEAVY because it’s lined, feels weighted but good. It’s not thick like “structured” (it doesn’t act Ike a fancy “spanx” - it doesn’t shape YOU, you will shape IT, and the ruching helps just not from the front view.

love this dress
I didn’t know if I would be a fan of this ruched dress…I’ve always stayed away from this style. Now I’m a fan. This dress is sexy without even trying. The fit is great and comfortable. The mentioned sizing down because it may run a little big. Totally get that, but you’re wouldn’t get the full ruched effect in a smaller size…just saying.

Weird material
Material is very weird looking in person - kind of looks like velour but it’s not. I was expecting a lighter weight mesh or something. Anyway it’s not cute.

Gorgeous fit, but fabric picks
This dress is super cute and flattering, but my dress arrived with a pick in the fabric. Because of that, I returned it and won’t repurchase. The fabric does look like it could get pulled easily. It’s a shame because the fit was fabulous.
