Gorgeous but order down!!

This was a last minute order for a trip to Florida. I’m 5’2” with a 40C chest. Due to chest size I tend to order up but this is huge. (Medium) But I was leaving for Florida with no time to order another. I decided to ignore the hand wash instructions & washed it in hot water on gentle & put in a hot dryer. (Which did cause minor pilling at hem) It did shrink enough to wear but had to be careful not to slump my shoulders else the straps slip off. Even with these issues the dress is devastating on! When I got home I ordered the next size down, a small, it fits better but I suspect an XS would’ve been better. My boyfriend loved it & I felt like a million!!! Very comfortable fabric too!! It is thick, too warm for daytime in Florida but appropriate for the cooler evening hours.

Beautiful, BUT..........

I love the dress. I purchased the ivory one first and loved the classic look and the overall feel of the dress. The fabric is heavy and works for cooler weather. I wanted to purchase black due to the above, but was very disappointed in the purchase. Unfortunately, the dress came to me looking worn and piling. I checked my ivory one and noticed that it will eventually do the same thing, but probably won't be as noticeable as the black color. Just something to think about and consider. I do plan to return the black one, and may have to opt for a smiliar looking dress by a different brand.

Went out on a limb and ordered a size lower (M) than my usual sizes (10-12, L) because of the lowered back and material and the dress fit perfectly

I would suggest sizing down for a snug fit. I’m in between a medium and large depending on fabric. 190 5’7. & hippie the large was loose. But it’s sooo pretty.

I love this dress Buttt...

I read the reviews and they were right...This dress runs big...I am normally a large/X-large and I normally will size down to a medium in knits with good amount of stretch, however this dress is still too big...My hip is 44-45, Waist 31-32 & breast 38DD. Even with these measurements I need a small in this dress. The sizing is way way off and I am one who likes a good fitted knit dress but never a super tight fitted knit dress. Take is from me and size down 2 sizes.

runs big!

Originally purchased a SM and the other reviews are accurate— runs huuuuuge! So I ordered the XS and it is a better fit (but I could actually better fit an XXS). I’m a size 2/4, 26 waist for reference. Will keep, cute dress, great blue color.

So cute - Color is off

I loved the way this dress fits however, I am only 5'2 and its more of a maxi on me and I wanted it to fit like the model at midi lenght. The color is also darker in person and more of an olive brown not as nude as the picture. Sadly will be returning.
