sexy cover-up dress
I bought this cover-up dress for some swimsuits that I want to wear for a trip to Hawaii. First I ordered the white color in M size but I didn’t like the color it was more like ivory or cream and the fitting on the chest was funny, I got it on sale but I returned it and exchange it For the hot pink in S, this color was full price but it fits perfect and yesss it has adjustable straps on the back, hope you can see on the pic, I read other comment that said it didn’t. I’m a 5’2” weight 128lbs. And to me it’s perfect for what I was looking for.

Skimpy suit friendly
I thought this would be a good cover up, but unless your bathing suit top is smaller than the top of the dress (which is sparse to begin with), it will look awkward with anything under it. The overall fit was great though. It just wasn't appropriate for for my middle age or body type.

Loved the color of this but very odd cut. This is intended for someone who is very flat chested. Straps are not adjustable.
