quite roomy
I'm 5'4, 140 lbs, measurements are 36, 26, 36, 34DDD. I purchased this in a medium, but I think it is a little too roomy for my taste. I thought maybe my bust would fill it out, but yeah, I would go a size down if that is something you're concerned about. It is a great cleavage shirt, great for summer because it's cotton and airy.
