True to Size
They look fantastic, and they are true to size.
I’m 5’7, wear a 9M. It’s the only shoe I’ve bought at Nordstrom that indeed follows sizing for women. The width is perfect too. They also have good ankle support. I have overpronation, but they keep my feet somewhat aligned.

runs small and stiff , tight
I wear size 7,5 in ON shoes , all my outfit is purple , and really wanted good purple shoes . Price was high , but I didn't mind coz outside exterior is amazingly good looking . Inside of the shoe is different story . Ordered size 7,5 da was too small like 6,5, really wanted them so made order of size 8 , got blister , hardly came back home . Terrible unconformable, from all possible sides , upper front , sides , sole , elastic. Entry made them hardly put on . Those shoes if You giving them for $30 I would not buy . And $200 for the worst model I tried in 30 years of my life is a winner not to buy

not the best quality or traction
Ocassional trail runner, found the tracking on bottom was not adequate for rocky or outdoor conditions and after 4-6 months wear they already were slipping on rocks when on a hike. Also, the mesh tore on sides super quick. Won’t purchase again, love their other shoes more.

1/2 size too small
They seem to be a great shoe but definitely as the other person noted, I had to exchange the shoe for a 1/2 size bigger. Most definitely too small. At this time I haven't received the new shoe yet, but hoping the 1/2 size up is the perfect fit. I wear a 10 M in a running shoe and my toe hit the front of the toe box on this one. I have another running shoe of this brand and the 10 M did fit well. It may just be this shoe. Do yourself a favor and order 1/2 size up. 4 stars only because of the botched sizing.

Extremely uncomfortable
I ordered these for my marathon in January and broke them in during two moderate runs in December. They were uncomfortable, but I figured I didn't break them in well enough. I wore them for my marathon in January and have since had three toenails fall off due to how uncomfortable the toe box is. I have run multiple marathons in Brooks and have never had this happen. It was extremely painful and I will never be purchasing Ons again. So disappointed in how these shoes ended up because they look so sleek. I ordered my normal size and they do fit TTS.

Most comfortable shoe ever!
I bought these shoes this summer after owning a couple of other on shoes, thinking they were going to be about the same comfort wise compared to my other on’s, I was so wrong! These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve owned in years! They have adequate support for running but are also incredibly comfortable for daily wear! I think they are incredibly cute on also, hands down my absolute favorite pair I’ve ever owned. The one downside is that they run small. I tried them on in store luckily and my regular 6.5 was way to tight and my toe was touching the front, so I sized up an entire size to a 7.5 and they are perfect! Just keep that in mind if ordering online!
