Kids' Cloud Sky Running Sneaker

My son wore these for about 6 weeks, mostly at school, and the sides of the shoes wore holes at the fold where the ball of his foot plants. The seam is also wearing away at the toe box. On refused a warranty claim because they claim that these defective wear patterns were instead caused by an external source. Avoid these shoes and avoid this brand.

I've worn these shoes for a few weeks to run on a track, and I noticed they squeak when I step. I rotate my shoes with different brands and none of them have ever created this noise. It's distracting and embarrassing, so I stopped wearing them. I don't know if other On users have experienced this issue. I really like the simple and comfortable design, but refuse to deal with that obnoxious squeak.

I purchased these sneakers for my son. They seem to run small and we only were them now for two months and they are not holding up at all. The laces keep on coming out and they are looking very shabby. It’s a shame since these sneakers are on the pricey side. I love that they are light and comfortable.

My husband, mom, dad, and I all love our on cloud shoes, so when I saw them for kids, I had to get them for my son. He loves them and won’t take them off. They’re a bit pricey for kids shoes, but the quality is great and they seem far more supportive than the slip on Nike’s he’d been wearing.

These shoes fit well and seemed to be holding up until the knot at the end of the shoelace came undone. We could not get the knot to stay. Called On and they don’t sell the laces separately for this pair and advised me to return them. Sadly, we will not be repurchasing from On again (their customer service was horrible). However, Nordstrom was wonderful and accepted the return. We will look for another pair from Nordstrom.
