Comfort and support and cute!

LOVE these hiking shoes! They're really low hiking boots. Lots of support around the ankle as well as the foot, and very cushioned. The laces pull then lock tight. And they look great! They run on the small side, if you're between or wear really heavy socks size up. If you have the Cloud On, they run a bit bigger than the old fit, and smaller than the Cloud 5 fit.

Destroys your Achilles

There is a huge design flaw with these shoes. There is no padding on the heel and the nylon back cuts into your achilles tendon. It is hard to walk and is causing damage to my heel. On refused to take them back and told me it was a fit problem after I submitted a warranty claim. The shoes fit well but the heel has a sharp plastic piece that is highly uncomfortable. There was obviously a manufacturer defect in my opinion.

Terrible … worn only for 5 minutes

Worst design at back ankle… prepare for terrible pain from rubbing and digging into your back heel. Returned before they had the chance to give me blisters.

Like candy for the feet

On has developed a cushy walking shoe, but after trying on numerous brands, these fall short for me. The tongue is not connected to the interior of the shoe like other Gortex lined shoes are. I am a medium width, and there is too much wiggle room for me in the shoe beyond the toe box. Finally, while some people have commented that the lacing system is wonderful, for me it seems problematic as it limits the ability to adjust the tension in a specific area. If I wasn't planning on wearing these in the rain, I might keep them, because they are pretty, and isn't that what really matters?

Hurt the back of my ankle.

It keeps on rubbing the back of my ankle and I tried to walk on it for about 20 minutes my skin got red and feel burned. I tried different shock. Not working neither. The sole is very nice and comfortable, but don’t know what to do with it? Not sure if I can return after walking on the street?
