Midsole Drop: 5mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

My New Go-To
Very comfortable ride without being too “squishy”, love having the ability to slip in without a tongue that moves around, and can use for squats and short runs alike. I can adjust the tension just right in the middle, and the laces don’t try to come undone like my Nanos.

Quality has gone done
I've been wearing ON Cloudswift 3 for 4 years now and they have always been my main workout shoe. I ordered these in 10.5M and 2 pairs of 11M. 10.5 were too small (my normal size I always ordered), one of the 11M was much wider than the other one. So sent those back and kept the 11 but the fit ended up not being right and the material was very stretchy. After working out in them, my heel started to hurt, like the cushioning was stiff. I used them maybe 4-5 times and returned them. I ended up buying a pair of Hoka's and am very happy with them. Extremely disappointed in ON, I loved this shoe but they are not what they used to be!

Quality has gone done

Comfy but....
I enjoyed the comfort of these shoes for only a few weeks. They developed a squeaking noise from within the shoe while just walking on the sidewalk. I had to return.
