Color and Size Discrepancy

I’ve worn over a dozen various on cloud styles these run about 1/2-1 size larger than all my others. Also, I was expecting them to look more brown/taupe but they’re actually gray.

color does not match

Very disappointed for this shoes. $180 dollars but the item I received is more grayish than brownish showed on the photo. This is supposed to be a gift and I needed this- very disappointed!!! Photos shows vs what I received
