Favorite pair of Cloud shoes
This is my second pair of Cloud shoes. I use this pair for indoor only for workouts and wear the other one outdoor for walking mostly. Out of the two, I like the fit of X4AD than the other pair (forgot the name/style). I like the sleek look and snug feel as well as the lightweight of it. Definitely a pair of shoes for all-around activities.

Uncomfortable tongue
I love the fit of the old X4. I’m returning this redesigned version because the tongue of the shoe is so long that it rubs my shin with each step. I guess it’s a fashion statement but it’s very uncomfortable. Darn.

does not feel like an ON shoe
This shoe is tight and stiff, it doesn’t have that slip in and snug feel this brand usually has. I worn them once and would love to return but probably can’t. They hurt the feet.

wrong size in the box
We ordered a size 9, however inside the box came 10.5. We were given 2 options for the return and decided to order new shoes and return the old ones to the store for refund. Unfortunately, this turned in a nightmare where we were forced to take gift card in the amount of the shoes and not receive the cash back to the debit card used. Moreover, this issue could not and was not resolved in the store. I am very disappointed. Nordstrom is usually my first choice, however this experience has left me feeling very frustrated.
The store associates at Nordstrom Rack in Braintree, MA were not able to help me and provide me with the proper outcome.
