Nohea Mesh Slip-On

This is actually my second pair of Nohea mesh slip-ons. Not that I wouldn't have been soon purchasing another pair of these shoes which are some of the most comfortable and "airy" shoes I've ever worn, but this commentary is more about Nordstrom. After a few months of wearing these shoes a couple of times a week, for some reason one of them developed a loose stitch, which began to get bigger and bigger. I called customer service, and true to every other dealing I have ever had with this firm, they conveniently made arrangements for me to exchange them for a new pair. The shoes are fantastic. Nordstrom is priceless.

I bought these for my husband at the end of the summer and he loves them! My Dad even bought a pair after seeing his. Only advice would be to size down a 1/2 a size - both guys had to do so.

I know, the title is weird. The idea of the "drop-in heel" feature is what intrigued me when at Nordstrom. (Just an aside, I'm a size 14 and other stores treat 14s as freakish.) Also, liked the look, the versatility. But the store had no 14s -- or 13s for that matter -- to try on in any color. So, what the heck, I tried on a 12. It was snug but not terrible, so I realized that a 13, not a 14, would be a good choice for me (fwiw, my right foot is closer to a 13 1/2, my left a true 14). After receiving the shoes, I noticed two things: I could feel the slight bump created by the drop heel and the shoe was a bit wider than would be perfect. But the more I wore them, the more comfortable the shoes became. They "grew" on me. I wear them indoors -- I don't notice the feel of the drop heel much now -- and out for casual walks (usually with the heel up.) They look great!

Ordered a new pair of Olukai shoes from Nordstrom. The heel of the shoe was sewn incorrectly and was defective. Unable to wear or even walk in them. Returned.

This purchase is a replacement pair of this exact same shoe bought two years ago. It is been worn nearly every day during the spring, summer, and early fall. Is breathable, friendly with water and incredibly comfortable. The new color scheme is a great addition.

Bought 5 pairs of these shoes for myself and I love them. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The only problem is stores can't keep them in stock.
