Clingy Fabric

I had been looking for a khaki skirt and was hoping this one would work and ordered both the small and medium. I could have kept the small but found the medium to be a little more relaxed. Unfortunately, the fabric of the skirt was so flimsy it bunched up between my legs whenever I walked so I had to return it.
