Great skirt if you have Barbie's waistline
I forgot to copy & paste my review of this skirt in red, so I will just say that even though I sized up, the waist is still between 1.5-2" from closing. Also, this skirt has odd metallic silver threads in it. It's not a piece that would be written in the evening so I'm not sure why they added this embellishment but whatever. I'm returning it.
