Oliver Slip-On Sneaker (Men)

The shoes look great. I thought since I didn’t own a pair of Allen Edmonds this would be a good first purchase. The shoes are basically sneakers but AE put a narrow toe box on them and your toes feel pressure when walking and eventually you’ll need relief from the pain. I wore these without socks on the second day and had blisters on both feet and had to stop walking. So disappointing. These should be an all day , comfortable shoe. They are not. Look elsewhere for something in this category.

This is probably my 10th or 15th pair overall. The look and quality of this sneaker is excellent, which is the norm with AE shoes. Unfortunately, the fit of this sneaker is not tje same as my other AE sneakers, dress shoes, or loafers. I ordered a 9D since this is a slip on. I usually were either a 9 or 91/2 D and all fit. This shoe has a pink point at the outer end of my foot just before the toe bed. My feet are a little on the narrow side so a wide would not be the correct assessment. Anyhow, love AE, but this one may need to be given to my son as it sadly hurts to wear.
