Ellie Crystal Mesh Bag

This bag is special. I cannot express how awesome it is to be able to throw it on your wrist like a bangle bracelet when you need your hands for other things and don’t want to leave your bag anywhere. I’m notorious for misplacing things and this bag saved me. Also it’s super stylish and I got tons of compliments. It holds a lot of things too, and it stands upright when you do put it down. The zipping shut keeps everything secure. There is nothing I don’t like about this bag. Could be one of my favorite purchases ever.

Very sweet bag but obviously defective. How was a bag with crystals missing shipped out? Surely Nordstrom is aware of Quality Control or was it assumed the recipient wouldn’t notice? Upon pick up, brought this to the assistant’s attention and asked for a price reduction. She had to ask the assistant “manager” who said NO. Seriously. An item is defective and in her self inflated arrogance and perceived superiority, thinks that’s acceptable customer service? Perhaps promote from within first before hiring inexperienced “managers” who are in desperate need of training.
