Disappointing Packaging and Product Loss
I was really excited to try this Olaplex combo, but the experience was disappointing. The No. 4 shampoo arrived opened, and most of the product spilled during shipping. For the price of this set, I expected better packaging to prevent this from happening. It’s frustrating to pay for a premium product and receive it in such poor condition.
