Oh Glitzmas Tree Crystal Statement Earrings

I ordered these earrings along with a sweater and scarf. They came in one big box. It said all 3 items were delivered but I didn’t see the earrings. I asked for a refund and they denied it. Since it is small, they may have lost it or didn’t pack it. This is not acceptable. Packing and shipping issue makes mistakes and they are not taking responsibility. Better to do pick up orders and count your items especially during the holidays.
