[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my favorite facial spf and I especially love how my makeup glides right over it without sliding off. This doesn’t leave me sticky or shiny either.

Not For Normal To Oily Skin
I really wanted to love this! I have been wanting to combine my morning primer and SPF for a while now, but finding this combo in a truly clean line that won't break me out seemed impossible. (Most truly clean lines contain olive and coconut oils in addition to shea butter, all of which are highly comedogenic and break me out terribly.) I had great hopes for this Ogee Skin Enhancing Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 40 Mineral Sunscreen Moisturizer with jojoba oil. I was excited! I applied it with great anticipation... Just to find it was like applying pure jojoba oil on my face. Now, if one has really dry skin, this might work well for them. I, however do not have dry skin. I even waited 15 full minutes for it to absorb, but it never did; it just sat like an oil slick on top of my skin. I don't know what I was thinking, but I actually applied foundation to it. Oh, and I use POWDER foundation, so imagine adding powder to oil... Yeah. Exactly. It was a splotchy, gummy mess. I ended up washing my face (and brushes!) again and re-applying my treatments followed by the separate oil-free (Paula's Choice RESIST Super-Light Wrinkle Defense SPF 30) followed by Jane Iredale Smooth Affair Mattifying Face Primer... and my makeup looked flawless. I think I'm just going to stick with the separate products for sunscreen and primer. I want to reiterate... If someone has really dry skin and their face loves oils and soaks them up, you'll probably LOVE this product! I am an ingredient nerd and the Ogee line is absolutely one of the cleanest I have come across. I am very sad this didn't work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice but a but getting use to. Its a bit different feeling from the other serum primer. I would only use this product when I would be out in the sun all day as a replacement for sunscreen. And perhaps with just foundation touchup stick and light blush stick.
