Parachute Pants

When I purchased these Off-White Parachute Pants, I already knew I would like them because they are different and stylish without having to try hard, the kind of combination that is very hard to come by these days. When you just want to blend in with the crowd but at the same time blend in your own style to set you apart (if that makes sense)... or in other words be unique and stand out from a crowd but in a good way. But when I ordered, I had no idea I would constantly get compliments left and right every single time I wear them. Always compliments, even from complete strangers. The fit is wide leg and little bit of a baggy, but nothing extreme though. My favorite features are the pocket placement positions (asymmetrical), the ribbon sewn-on details in the back and the unique zipper in the front. I am a woman and for me, there 's one sure way to test if a compliment is coming from a true place and is not fake. It's if the compliment comes from an unknown male. I believe men 'generally' only compliment a woman on her clothing only if he truly does likes it...this generalization of mine just comes from my own experience. The first time I wore these, the compliment was from a male who was a complete stranger. Sometimes, I am surprised of fashion from the perspective of a the opposite sex...these are super approachable and don't be surprised when you will make friends wearing this 'conversation starter'. Would look good with a pair of Timberland boots. Kind of reminds me of the 90's tomboyish sexy style of legendary singer Aaliyah, R.I.P.
