Off the Shoulder Mikado Gown

I loved the material of this dress. It’s thick, heavy, and feels high quality. The waist fit well, but the top part wouldn’t stay up on me. I’m 5’3” and 115 lbs with a smaller bust, and the shoulders were loose too. For my body type, I think it would have looked better without the extra skirt layer. I could have had the length taken up, but the top fit was the main issue I didn’t want to deal with.
