What it does: Himalayan crystal salt works to help detoxify your body and contains over 84 essential minerals to help melt away daily stress and tension. Epsom salts, full of magnesium, help soothe aching muscles. French lavender aids in balancing the mind and body and helps you unwind; neroli helps bring serenity and peace of mind; and patchouli may help to remove negative energies.
How to use: Add your desired amount to warm running water. Relax for at least 20 minutes.
