Crème Colour Concentrate by Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics is a multi-use intensely pigmented crème makeup with smooth, blendable, buildable coverage that's suitable for use on the eyes, lips and cheeks. Loaded with emollients and humectants, the intense concentrate wears like a dream.
How to use: Use a short shader brush to apply on the eyelids; use a small powder brush to buff onto your cheeks for a blush or highlight; or use a lip brush to apply to your lips.
- 0.3 oz.
- Beholder, Cthulhu, Dark Matter, Melody and Miriam are not recommended for use on the lips.
- District, Grandma and Newt are not recommended for use in the immediate eye area.
