Disappointed
I was very disappointed with Nordstrom’s packaging and shipping. The sunglasses I received were clearly a returned item, which I don’t necessarily mind, but they arrived in a simple zip-top plastic bag instead of the original Oakley packaging. They were missing the Oakley protective sleeve, the hard case, and the extra set of nose guards that should have been included.
If you’re going to charge full price for a new item, it should arrive complete and packaged as new. This fell well below the level of quality and attention to detail I expect from Nordstrom.
