Received without lip balm. Nordstrom won't refund.
Honestly, the lip balm is $15, this pack was $20. So I bought the better deal, except the package showed up without the lip balm in it. Nordstrom denied my request for a partial refund or a replacement or help. They told me to return the item that was delivered. Expect the whole item is missing a part. Am I supposed to magically make the whole kit appear so I can get a refund and order a different kit?

PERFECT SET!!
I love love love this set. It’s so perfect for the night before a big day or in recovery of a wild night 😵💫😵💫 In the video I’m using the illuminating eye gels and lip service treatment. Definitely recommend and makes for such a cute gift!!

Lovely mask set
I received this as a Christmas gift from a friend and it’s lovely. The eye masks and face mask were already favourites of mine and are great when skin just needs a bit more of a treat. Also, the lip balm is great. Leaves lips moisturised and glossy and has a kind of tingly feel. Would recommend the set and all the products individually.

Loved it so much I bought another!
I got this in the after Christmas as a little pick me up treat and I absolutely love the products. So much so that I bought another when it dropped in price again as well as the Christmas gift version of the eye gels since they were well priced too. The winner for me is the lip balm/gloss. It’s sooo minty and I love it. If you’re a fan of the Extra chewing gum in the cool breeze flavour that is exactly what this tastes like!

Patchology Set
I purchased this set because I was short on receiving the free gift. Patchology masks are inexpensive and ok. Not my favorite but it was a good deal. The lip product was better than expected and am glad I had purchased the set at a good price so that I could give it a try.
