Nylon Sling Bag

Love this bag but it only last 7 months before the zipper broke. It was apparently not a "Nordstrom" sale as it was sold directly from the vendor through the Nordstrom website therefore it is not eligible for the Nordstrom return policy. The cost to fix the zipper is almost the cost of a new bag. Even the sales rep at the store said it looked defective when I asked them if they could help. I was hoping that if spent money on a nicer quality bag that I could use it longer and keep it out of the landfill but that does not appear to be the case. Very sad as this is a great bag. Wish they would stand by their product.
