Wow, these jeans are really awesome! The darker Denslowe color are a beautiful indigo blue. Good for tall women - I am 5’10” , 150 lbs and the size 8 fit snug and long! Exactly what I was looking for.

The jeans waist was just below the waist, creating a muffin top. The left leg was very wide while the right was slim.

I like NYDJ brand. As a 5'8" 66 year old I like a jean that is long, first of all and that fits and makes me look like I use to in my old wranglers! This jean is very flattering and tapers nicely. I now prefer straight leg jeans. I would like to see this brand is a light wash sometime, but other than that I feel this product is worth the splurge.

Must have jeans
These are my go to jeans, I also have them in white, black and olive. Always dependable, they work with with t-shirts or silk blouses. I wash them and then line dray to prevent them from stretching out.
Love them, NYDJ are the only jeans I purchase

Love this new (to me) style and fabric
I've been wearing NYDJ jeans for years with up and down success due to inconsistent fit in the same sizes. Love that this fabric, with less cotton and more poly, is quite a bit softer than previous 91% cotton jeans, but still looks like good denim. I ordered a regular size 2 and the fit is great for me - I'm 5'4", weigh 109, and am built with large waist and no hips (straight up and down like a guy). The waist stretched out a bit, but with slightly snug fit in hips and thighs, I wasn't constantly pulling them up, as I have had to do with other NYDJ jeans in the past. These are advertised as "high waist", but I don't consider them to be high - just not too awfully low cut. The color is good - not too light or dark. I will have to have them hemmed, so I might try ordering the Petite 2 to see how that fits, but I intend to keep this pair regardless. All-in-all, a great Jean!

Different cut from past Marilyn jeans?
I've worn Marilyn-cut jeans in the past but these seemed different. They were loose in the thigh. I then tried ordering a size down; the thighs fit great but everywhere else was too tight, even with the stretchy denim. Disappointed but had to send them back.
