great for mixed apple shapes
I bought these pair of jeans to add more high waisted options for myself and I’m glad I did. These jeans fit great on my shape and even made me look a bit more hourglass than apple. The fit was very comfortable with no riding/flipping down of the top. I chose my true size and it fit well. If you have a smaller tummy I would size down however.

Not My Granddaughter’s Jeans
I had to send them back. My old 10’s fit but these have such a short zipper that they are 2-3” lower at the waist.

I was looking for a great pair of bootcut jeans and finally came across these! They are perfect! I am 150 lbs and normally wear a size 8. Definitely do not size up.

These jeans just felt weird. I ordered the 8, which was too big, and the six, which looked nothing like the photo. The 6’s were short and not in a good way. They are more like a boot cut. They went back.

If only they were an inch longer
I really like these jeans but they are too short for me. I wish I could find them with a 34" inseam. I wish I could find any jeans on the Nordstrom site with a 34" inseam in sizes 8 or 10.

My husband liked them
I bought several pairs of jeans online to compare and keep what was best. The NYDJ jeans felt amazing when I put them on and my husband saw them on me and thought I should keep them, too. The stretch was just right, not too loose and yet, not stiff. The rise was perfect. I was ready for another option other than a skinny jean and these are great.
