fine per usual
The NYDJ brand seem to fit no matter what cut I buy. This pair was a little more snug and slightly shorter than the Barbara. I still have no complaints and am loyal to this brand.

Old Faithful and Classic
Hello! NYDJ are good for women like me who carry my weight in my stomach. When my stomach goes down my size will go down. But right now there is no way to sugar coat it, I wear a size 20. So, these pants are good if you share my same issue. Now, I have switched to a little bit wider leg because I have an injury that does not need to be enhanced in one of my legs because of swelling by wearing a tight leg, so I got this width. And it is perfect. The shade of blue is just like the picture and it suits my vibe. I only wear Democracy and NYDJ and am afraid to try anything else because these two brands have served me well for years because of their high quality. For these reasons, I have purchased my old faithful NYDJ - "The Biscayne."

Not so straight
I have several pairs of straight leg jeans that fit me fine but I was looking for a lighter color so I thought I'd try these. First let me say, I've been an avid fan of NYDJ for years so I'm very familiar with the brand. But these are not really straight leg jeans. They're much too skinny for that title. In my case, the pants got hung up on my knees and didn't hang straight so they bunched up at the hips. I don't have thin knees so while that may contribute to the misfit, my other straight leg pairs fit fine. These are nice jeans, I just wouldn't call them straight leg.
