Awesome jeans
Love these jeans-I am in between a 16W & a 18W & the 16W was perfect in these. Love that they're a true 'straight jean-hard to find ones without a little flare to the bottom or that are 'skinny'. The dark color lends itself well to dress up or down. An evening out with these jeans, heels & a fitted jacket is my new 'go to'.

Sizing is off.
I ordered these based on their size recommendation and in my regular size for pants. I could not get them zippered they were so tight. They are going back.

Great jean but not for my body
I generally like the look and fit of NYDJ. I purchased a 16W that fit. However, this particular style, Marilyn, has a panel that cover like an upper belly pouch. But I have a lower belly pouch and it seems like panel accentuates it, not lovely. But if you are lucky to not have this issue, these jeans are nice in usual NYDJ form. I generally get the Alina or Ami style, preferably high waisted in NYDJ jeans.

These are a beautiful,dark wash jean. A bit long, I’m 5’10 239 lbs. but with higher heels they are perfect! Definitely will buy another pair!

Nordstrom + NYDJ = bliss
Pockets in front and back. Hopefully, these won't shrink or bleed in the wash. I'm 5'7" and had to have them altered about 3". This is a first for NYDJ. That said, they are a very welcoming 18+ and the 20 were way too big. I love these so much before alternations, that I'm tempted to order a few more pairs to have altered when I pick my alterations. This is from a very frugal adult who RARELY IF EVER buys anything that's not on sale.

Although I love NYDJ Plus Size trousers, I thought I'd try these Marilyn straight leg jeans. They fit light leggings, and I do not wear leggings on my plus-size legs. I usually wear a 16 Plus, so I took a chance and ordered an 18 Plus, figuring that since they were not cut as trousers I'd better be on the safe side. They were not straight-legged on me, and sadly I had to return them.
